Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 90-day return period, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned in the same condition as received

Unworn, unused, and unaltered

With all original tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and take appropriate action.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom-made or personalised items

Personal care or beauty products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

All exchanged items must meet the same return eligibility requirements outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and finalise the transaction.
