Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing or shipping may take slightly longer. In such cases, please allow extra time for delivery. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take 2–3 business days to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Items
We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within Australia, Australian territories, New Zealand, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that deliveries to these locations may require additional transit time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout but are later lost or stolen. Upon request, we can provide delivery confirmation details, including tracking information and carrier details, to assist with your investigation.
